Mayor King called the meeting to order at 7:30 p.m. Roll Call showed present Councilpersons Bowdell, Burtka, Rossman (arriving at 7:40 p.m.) Tertzag, Tucci and Mayor King. Also present were City Attorney Tamsen and City Administrator Welch. Excused was Councilman Babbage.
