Animal Licenses

Animal Licenses require that all dogs and cats within the City be licensed.  Beginning January 1, 2005, the license can be obtained for the length of the rabies vaccination.
All City licenses expire at the end of each year (December 31st) therefore they must be renewed on a yearly basis.  The fee is $5.00 or $1.50 for senior citizens.  Proof of the animal’s vaccination against rabies must also be provided.  Citizens are allowed a maximum of three pets (cats and dogs) per household.

 

Garage Sale Licenses

Garage Sale licenses are also required by City Ordinance and cost $10.00.  All households are allowed up to two garage sales per year.
