Birth & Death Certificates

Official records of births and deaths occurring within the City of Allen Park are kept in the City Clerk's Office. Certified copies of these documents are available for the fee of $15.00 for the first copy and $5.00 for each additional copy. Death certificates can be requested through the mail by completing the printable form and returning it with a check or money order and self addressed stamped envelope to the City Clerks Office. Death records are open to the public, while birth records are available only to those named on the certificate, their legal guardian, legal representative, or heir (proof of relationship must be provided to obtain a birth certificate).
