Leo Paluch Senior Apartments
Allen Park Housing offers one bedroom apartments to people 62 years of age or older, or those persons receiving Social Security and/or Social Security Disability. Rent is based on 30% of the applicants adjusted income. Annual income for a single person cannot exceed $39,150 ($44,750 for a married couple).
